7 Day Manifestation Experiment

Some people really struggle with manifestation: intentionally creating something out of nothing.  I had a client who came to me feeling a little overwhelmed with all the distractions outside of him.  He complained that he didn’t have enough time to complete tasks and that there was just too much going on for him to manifest his goals and dreams.



A likely story…

The reality is that he was focusing too much on his outer world. He was giving too much attention and energy to his environment – and by placing his attention on his environment he was reinforcing THAT VERY environment…

…and then wondering WHY he was not creating what he wanted?



It’s sort of like printing out your resume on a piece of paper – whiting out a mistake you made on that paper and then re-printing your resume and being surprised to see the mistake show up again.

Duh?

You can’t change the paper copy until you MODIFY the digital version.

And you can’t change your outer world until you MODIFY your inner digital world.


Do you get that?


You are ALWAYS reinforcing whatever you put your attention on because your attention creates your reality.  When you focus on everything that his happening outside of you, you get more of what is OUT THERE.

Which is fine when it is stuff you want, but what about when it is NOT?

You need to start fresh and go INSIDE.  That’s why I decided to run an experiment with my client.  An experiment that would renew his faith in the process of manifestation and his ability to create something from nothing.

As part of this experiment I asked him to choose 3 things he would like to see manifest over the next 7 days; things HE REALLY wanted in his life.  Here is what we came up with:

-someone to ask him out for a beer at the local pub
-someone in his family to cook dinner for him
-to win the card game he attends on Thursday

Then we went back to the basic principles of manifestation.  I gave him specific instructions on how to attract what he wanted.  Then I asked him to “test-out” this theory over the next week – a 7 day period.

The results please!

He CREATED EVERY SINGLE thing on his list in only 4 days:

-he had someone ask him out for a beer at the local pub
-his partner cooked dinner for him later that week
-he won the card game on Thursday

It was that easy.


7 Day Manifestation Experiment
Run your own 7 Day Manifestation experiment to give you more confidence that you can create something out of nothing.


Use these 3 steps:

Step 1: Write a list of things you REALLY WANT to see manifest in the next 7 days (they must be believable to you).

Step 2: Visualize each item on that list as if you already have it. (do this daily)

Step 3: Post your results to acknowledge you are a POWERFUL creator. (important if you want bigger and better things to show up!)

Easy-peasy… 1-2-3!

Thank you for sharing! This sounds like the story from The Secret where Robert the gay man had attracted what he didn't want. Once he changed his attention to what he wanted, a miracle happened!
I'm going to try this.  One question: How long do we need to visualize?  The usual 20 mins minimum?

I manifest things every day.  It helps me figure out what processes work best for me, teaches me to be patient while waiting for things to manifest and keeps me excited to see LOA at work in my life.  Just today I manifested 4 things - 1 I've been trying to manifest since December.

I keep track of my manifestations in my journal along with my gratitude.  It really helps me to look back and see how far I've come.  I've been noticing number combinations like crazy - my guides are really communicating with me.  Today I saw 5 different combinations of 1's and 2's (among many other combos).  This combo means "Our thoughts are like seeds that are beginning to sprout. You may have already seen some evidence of the fruition of your desires. These are signs that things will and are growing in your aspired direction. Keep the faith!"  I love it!

Great! I am trying this.
My new goal is - I wan to build one community. A community of all the passionate programmers. Ofcourse I have my own intentions like getting help from them in my ventures, but also I want to contribute to the world. I want to design systems that make our day to day life easier.
I am not a robot, so I need to feed myself hence making some money out of it is the second intention.

I am going to use this way to get started. I want to attract 2 new passionate programmers this week.

Hi Honey. 

Have a look around in the 'How to Use Law of Attraction' pages on this forum.
Plus I recommend reading 'Ask And It Is Given' or watching any of the Abraham/Hicks dvds. Reading or watching The Secret is good too.

There are so many different things you could try, I suggest having a go at several of them until you find what works for you.

The main advice I would like to give is this.. everything you want and all your requests have already been heard by the Universe.. all you have to do is be in a good emotional state to allow the things you want to flow to you.. If actions feel good to you do them, if not, just relax and go with the flow. The Law of Attraction is ALWAYS happening, you are receiving what ever you keep your attention on, no exceptions.

Ava, I think step 3 means to share your results in this thread or just write them down so you have proof to yourself that you're able to manifest things. 

Anyway, I'm in on this. But just curious, can I try to attract 4 things instead of 3?

so do you mean after manifesting we write it,or before manifesting we should write it as it has already happened?

Hm...I think Step 3 would be to write it out after it has manifested. While Step 1 you could write it out already as if it has happened just to help with the visualizing.

Ok, this is what i understand as the ''rules'' of the experiment...

STEP 1  Write a list of (at least) 3 things that you really want..and believe it WILL be yours! 

STEP 2  Visualize your goals 10, 20, 30 min. a day..once..or a few times a day..i think thats up to you. And make sure you do this as if YOU ALREADY HAVE IT IN YOUR LIFE

STEP 3  Post (or write down) the results..as confirmation and/or ''proof'' of your manifestation.  I say it's a THANK YOU, an acknowledgement of the gift!


I will post them here and also add them to my Manifestation Journal.


I can't wait!!!!!!!! I am going to post them as they happen in the next 7 days.
