where are you from? your typing is good. i would never be able to tell u were foreign from the looksof it. and u can probably look at websites from your country that maybe have translations. what she teaches is really amazing and worth it to learn.
ill try and make it a lil easier for u to understand though. according to her, it's a good idea to meditate 10-20 minutes a day. when u meditate sit in a comfortable position that won't make you fall asleep(i set an alarm too so i dont have to worry about time). while ur doing this try to not think about too much. focus on one thing such as noticing ur breath. count ur breath or notice when ur body chooses to breathe in and out. sometimes i listen to the ticking of the clock too and focus on it. by doing this on a regular basis for this length of time, u teach ur brain to relax a little. ur brain learns it doesnt have to constantly be going. by quieting the mind, positive thoughts flow in a lot easier(as she says it's a lot easier to tell ur brain to shut up as opposed to teaching it to think happy thoughts all the time. the happy thoughts will come naturally as a result). ive only been doing it for a little while now and ive seen some great results with my attitude. i feel a lot more optimistic these days
i hope this helps. let me know if u have more questions
I'm from Latvia, and my English is not good in a sense that i heard some unfamiliar words in the video that made me think that my English is poor. (i don't know if all this makes any sense)
[By the way, i had an English exam few days ago and i got a 9/10 maybe my English isn't that bad, but I always make the sentences to complicated, maybe not , i don't know...
