Mods keep locking my topics.

Why are mods locking my topics? And there's no statement of purpose for locking the topic. I have requested that something be done about the cyberbullies such as mariposa and others. And instead of responding to requests, my topic gets locked. For what purpose? What is being done? My thread was trolled by Mariposa and others, and then locked by mods. Why not do something about them instead? It's better to do something about the trolls to stop them from destroying important threads instead of allowing them to derail it, and get them locked. Harassment from cyberbullies who want nothing more than to derail and destroy threads make it impossible for people who actually want to discuss important things.
