I need some tips and help please*feeling depressed*

Hello!

I am in a period where I don't see the light  and everything is so hard!
I stoped use EFT and LOA thinking because I had some bad stress in my life,and now I am completely lost

even if I try EFT I don't feel anything anymore,it is like I don't have any faith in it even if I know it helped me before
and the same thing about LOA, now when I feel so low I someitme doubt that this is really working

how can I feel the joy again and start using LOA? because I can't feel anything even If I should pretent to use LOA, I would not have feel the feeling anyway
it is even hard to think positive

I know that LOA will gives me more to be depressed about but I can't seem to get out of this dark hole even if I want to? I dont have the strenght

any tips are welcome!!!

Dear magicgirl,

First of all, I'm sending good vibes your way. Second, you're not alone in feeling  like this. I've been there before and have found that when you're feeling really down, it's time to bring out the big guns, so to speak. Last time I felt down about certain issues, I wrote down 100 things I was grateful for. Then, I wrote down the 100 things I will be grateful for when my dreams manifest. It took a long time, but it was so worth it. I add to the lists frequently. It really helps me to focus on these lists when I feel a tug towards doubt.

I would also recommend going back to the fundamentals. Take an evening, just for yourself, make some hot chocolate or something else you love, and watch the Secret again. Or read a book on LoA that encourages you. This will remind you why you embraced LoA in the first place. Because it works.

I also find self-hypnosis and visualization very helpful. In fact, I often get in my moods when I get lazy about this. Go back to your vision board (or create one) and meditate on it.

Anther trick I learned from neuro linguistic programming is this: tell yourself to stop and send up a stop sign in your mind. Then, rewind your thoughts in your mind to the time before you became depressed. Then, visualize how you wish you would've handled the situation. This is a way of mentally starting over, so to speak.
