Healing subconscious blockages with Universal Energy

The basic principle behind working with the Law of Attraction is straightforward. The thoughts and feelings we are generating and focusing on are constantly attracting things into our lives. Therefore, by consciously and carefully choosing the thoughts and feelings we are generating and focusing on, we can attract into our lives the things that we want and avoid attracting things that we do not want.

But sometimes people find that when they try to apply the Law of Attraction principle in their own lives, they can’t seem to get it to work. One typical example is someone who is trying hard to train themselves to concentrate on positive thoughts and feelings but finds negative thoughts and/or feelings keep creeping back into their mind and taking over.

Another example is a person doing their best to generate positive thoughts and feelings about something in particular that they want to attract into their lives but finding that it seems the Law of Attraction is not responding. It may seem that they are doing all the right things and successfully maintaining the appropriate kinds of thoughts and feelings but they are not getting any results. Or worse still, they are instead continuing to attract things that they do not want.

In both the above examples, the cause of the problem is likely to be found within the person at a subconscious level. We often have negative or limiting subconscious beliefs that we are not aware of. The Law of Attraction can be strongly affected by subconscious beliefs and this can override the positive thoughts we may be creating consciously.

We also often have unexpressed and unhealed emotions trapped inside us from past experiences. These trapped emotions (often called “emotional baggage”) can strongly influence our thoughts and feelings in the present moment, again potentially overriding or warping the thoughts and feelings we are consciously trying to create and focus on.

Our feelings are what determine our vibrational state at any particular moment and the Law of Attraction responds powerfully to our vibrational state. The Universe is always matching what we are sending out via our vibrational state. Therefore, trapped emotions from the past can strongly influence what the Law of Attraction is bringing to us.

The most common obstacles that prevent the Law of Attraction from bringing us the positive things we want to manifest in our lives are our subconscious beliefs of unworthiness, our feelings of unworthiness and our fears.

More specifically, such beliefs and feelings as

• I do not deserve abundance.
• I do not deserve success.
• I do not deserve love.

The above beliefs and feelings stem from the basic fundamental belief and feeling of “I’m not good enough.” Feeling and subconsciously believing that “I’m not good enough” are a common part of the human experience. These things have usually been set up in our past experiences, particularly in our early childhood, and can sit trapped within us at a very deep level. They can then give rise to a multitude of negative behaviour patterns and problems in our lives.

Let’s say, for example, that you want to use the Law of Attraction to manifest financial abundance. If you subconsciously believe that you do not deserve financial abundance and you subconsciously feel unworthy of financial abundance then this will automatically lead you to form the expectation (and possibly the fear) that you are not going to have financial abundance.

And then there is also the issue of negative or limiting subconscious beliefs relating to specific things – for example, beliefs about money. Some subconscious beliefs that people often have about money, that prevent them from attracting money, are

• There will never be enough money.
• Money is the root of all evil.
• Money is dirty.
• Money causes inequality.
• Money has a bad influence on people.
• Money drives people to do bad things.
• People who have money are selfish.
• For reasons such as the above, it is better that I do not have a lot of money.

People usually don’t realise they have these kinds of beliefs about money but they are actually quite common.

So no matter how hard you try to focus on attracting financial abundance, any negative beliefs, feelings or expectations that you may have could override your efforts and instead attract a lack of financial abundance.

From the above examples, it can be seen that in order to clear the way for the Law of Attraction to more easily work in our favour and bring us what we want, it would be very helpful to be able to work on removing any negative subconscious beliefs and feelings, trapped emotions from the past, negative expectations and related fears that may be blocking us. The more we are able to clear and heal these blockages, the more free we will be to easily attract into our lives the things we really want. In fact, the more clear of such blockages we are, the more we will automatically attract wonderful things into our lives without even trying.

So how can we release and heal trapped emotions from the past? How can we clear negative subconscious beliefs, especially when we usually don’t even realise they are there or know how they came about? How can we clear negative expectations and fears?

Graciously, the Universe has provided us with a simple and powerful tool for working on clearing and healing these things. In the form of its own creative substance (energy), it has given us Universal Energy which we can tune-in to, channel through our bodies and apply to ourselves as a form of treatment. We can use Universal Energy to work on healing ourselves on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Universal Energy

Quantum Physics has proven that at the finest and most basic level, everything in existence is composed of energy. Universal Energy is the fundamental building block of creation. Universal Energy itself embodies the essence of creation because everything in the Universe is created out of Universal Energy vibrating at different rates. Even thoughts and feelings are made of Universal Energy.

Universal Energy also embodies the essence of abundance because once we are attuned to it, it is available to us in infinite supply. It is given freely and it never runs out. It may cost something to become attuned to Universal Energy and to learn how to work with it but once we have achieved this, we can access this energy and use it for the rest of our lives for free. In its higher forms, Universal Energy can be transmitted like radio waves, from one place to another. It can even be sent from one country to another.

We all have internal energy channels and we all already have Universal life-force energy flowing through these channels in our bodies. This is what sustains us. But the energy channels in the average person tend to be blocked up to some extent and the flow of Universal Energy through them tends not to be powerful enough to be perceivable. Therefore, most people are not aware of this energy and are not able to work with it.

Natural Healing systems have been developed that help to open and clear the energy channels in the body. They also help to increase the flow and raise the vibration of Universal Energy in the body. These systems include methods for applying this energy to heal ourselves and others.

Reiki and Sekhem

One of the most well known of these Natural Healing systems is Reiki. Reiki was developed in Japan and Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “Spiritually guided Universal life-force energy”. Reiki is primarily used to give hands-on treatments. The energy is channelled through the hands into the receiver, where it goes to work to heal on the physical, emotional mental and spiritual levels. The Reiki energy operates automatically under the guidance of the receiver’s own Higher Consciousness and always works for the receiver’s Highest Good.

Another of these Natural Healing systems is Sekhem. Sekhem (also known as Seichim) originates from Egypt. Sekhem is an ancient Egyptian word meaning “Power” and “Universal Energy”.  Sekhem could be thought of as a very advanced form of Reiki. It works in a similar way to Reiki but operates at a higher vibration and heals on a deeper level. Sekhem carries within itself the energy of unconditional love and is very connected with the emotional heart centre. It has also been described as “Living Light Energy”.

Sekhem is a powerful and advanced tool for releasing and healing blockages on the emotional and mental levels. Because it works under the direction of the receiver’s own Higher Consciousness, you don’t need to know exactly what subconscious blockages you have or how to fix them. Your Higher Consciousness knows what’s going on inside you at all levels. It knows about any blockages you may have and it knows how to release and heal them for you.

Whenever you release blocked energy, particularly trapped emotions from the past, you create more space within yourself to contain love and light. Because Sekhem embodies love and light, when more space becomes available within you it is able to channel in love and light to fill up that space. This also boosts your capacity for feeling gratitude. Gratitude is the most powerful and important feeling of all to cultivate if you want to work with the Law of Attraction. The more love, light and gratitude you have within you, the more positively magnetic your vibration becomes. The Universe is always responding to your vibrational state, so the more positive your vibration is, the more powerfully and positively the Law of Attraction will respond to you.

Both Reiki and Sekhem involve “attunement processes” which help to open and clear the student’s internal energy channels and help to “tune-in” or “connect” the student with the Reiki or Sekhem energy. This is usually done using a special and sacred hands-on healing procedure. Thanks to Universal Energy’s ability to be transmitted from one place to another, these attunement processes can also be sent to people anywhere in the world using a technique known as Distance Healing.

Attunement to Sekhem develops your connection with the Source – the intelligent Universal creative force itself – on a deep level. It also raises your personal energy vibration and consciousness, enabling you to experience life from an increasingly higher perspective. The higher your vibration and consciousness become, the faster and more powerfully the Law of Attraction responds to you.

Attunement to Sekhem strengthens your intuition – your sixth sense – which is the voice of your own Higher Consciousness guiding you through life. This can assist you in making better and more informed decisions that result in increased personal growth and success in life. It also increases you receptivity to Divine Inspiration and it is often through Divine Inspiration that the Law of Attraction provides the path to your goals.

For all the above reasons, working with Sekhem will help to more easily clear subconscious blockages that affect the Law of Attraction, as well as complimenting and enhancing other Law of Attraction tools and techniques.

“Happiness Sutra”

Sutra is a Sanskrit Word, meaning, “The Key”, I been using this method for a long, works like charm, i do see a transformation happening in many ways.

I know i sexed up the Method by naming it “Happiness Sutra”.

The whole method is about thinking once, before worrying.

Checklists:

Notes to the Method:

1- The Checklists are the thoughts points you need to consider when you feel you are worrying for something.

2- Case: Is an example situation best fitting into the Checklist, sure there can be many such situations.

3- Explanation: A brief about the Checklist.

Checklist 1: Is my worry caused by assuming way too much/having false assumptions of the situation?

Case: Ops, I am too worried for past 3 days, he has not called/texed me still, he always used to call me.

Has he found someone Else?

Has he left me?

Is he no more interested in me?

Explanation: Observe possibly this worry of yours is caused by assuming too much and drafting false facts in your Mind/thoughts, which negatively make you believe that, YES the worry Exist, In Effect, it Does NOT. (That’s the Power and Beauty of Thoughts, it can make us believe even, what Does NOT EXIST).

Checklist 2: Am i over Reacting to the Situation OR Is it how, would i react to the Situation, if I am happiest person on planet?

Case: I am feeling sad, because they take me for granted, they say, they do not need me, I feel so alone and unwanted.

Explanation: As i observed, a typical (Not so happy) person takes no more than 10% of Actions on situations but reacts to 90% of the situations.

You decide now, You want your life wasted on just Reacting to the Situations and on what others DO or SAY about you OR “you want to be Proactive and Live the Life You desired For?”

Checklist 3: Is my Worry, the Solution for this Situation?

Explanation: The more you worry, the deeper you will find yourself, stuck into it. Does it SOLVE the situation? Absolutely NOT.

BUT

It surely DISSOLVES all your energies, unwontedly. This is again a byproduct of Over-Reacting (Refer to Checklist 2 ).

Case: I locked up myself for past 2 days, trying to find the solution and blaming me for all that happened I am feeling more and more confused, alone, puzzled.

What an Energy Sucker Situation, we create for ourselves. Think again, will Reacting do any Good?

How to use:

I strongly recommend to each one of you, to make a small postcard sized slip and write over it, all the three Checklists (Only Write the Checklists). The Case and Explanations are just for your understanding. Always carry this card with you; you can call it, “Happiness Sutra Card”.

Next time when you have any worry, Just hold one, sit back, take a deep breath, just cut out of the Worry for 2 minutes, pick out the card, Read aloud the checklists.

Tick against each Checklist. (Tick or No Tick)

If you find, you have not a single Tick on any of the Checklists, your Worry is just FALSE and does not even exist and is a mere Reproduction of Over-Assuming and Over-Reacting.

So, now you know the problem (False Worry), you know the Solution (Why to have False Worry at all).

My Experience: Needless to say, IT WORKS and it’s too addicting.

Action Pack: Use this method, update me with your results.

REMEMBER, no method is a Secret or a Magic, its just that our thoughts are too busy in worrying that we do not get time to be feel Happy at all.

Law of attraction been into existence from time immortal, quantum physics is a branch of science, helped us a lot to understand the functioning of Law of attraction, by explaining how matters, atoms and partials are effected when they are observed, remember, Observation in quantum Physics is equivalent to “Attraction ” in law of attraction.

Quantum physics helped us to understand that time is an illusion, the best discovery by Our Sweet Old para-genious   Einstein. And it has made our understanding of law of attrition deeper and interesting as the same time, it has opened more rooms for deep exploration.

The “Double Slit experiment“is one of the classic explanations on how quantum physics demystifies the powers of law of attraction.

Dr. Emorto’s “Water Experiment” is an add-on to this. And yes, it would be shame if I do not thank to Dr. Amit Goswami and Our Sweet beard Old man Dr. Alan Fred Wolf.

I love to call them QPD ( Quantum Physics Dudes).

I would love to say, those who think, law of attraction is some tool or technique, in my view they come the circle of “Narrow perspective” towards Law of attraction.

Law of attraction is a Universal Law, the Grand daddy of techniques; it was more than that, as much as law of gravity.

Honestly, I still have not found one; I would love to meet one, though.

This question is asked to me many times by the ones who I introduce LOA to. As I have said many a times, I do not See Law of attraction, just as a tool to attain material possessions like Money, car, house, ex back and so on, scope Law of attraction is way beyond, all these material things do follow, once we understand the core of Law of attraction. My manifestations with Law of attraction include material as well as non-material attainments. Non-material ones were the most powerful and indeed a sort of blessing.

I have a long list of things I have attracted with Law of attraction; I just cannot list it out.

One Practical case: Oh WOW!!! I am feeling so happy; I can see law of attraction working for me, because I could see signs of getting what I want. After few days you may say….  Ops!!! It seems Law of Attraction has stopped working for me, What shall I do now? I am too depressed and losing faith in Law of Attraction.

You can hear these words from many learning to practice law of attraction, problem is, many want to learn Law of attraction for just their material desire (e.g. Money, ex back, car, house so on), and their scope of seeing the beauty of law of attraction is just limited to what they want, I have to call it, its “narrow perspective” of looking at law of Attraction.

Such narrow perspective will not guarantee you the attainment of what you want, it will be rather be a hit and trial, and if you get it you may say “Law of Attraction works”, if you do not attain, you may say, “Damnit! Law of Attraction is just a Mumbo-Jumbos”, and saying “Law of attraction stopped working for me”, Makes me a good, 10 seconds laugh. J

If you say law of attraction stopped working for you, it means you see law of attraction as a tool to just attain your personal desires, and this is where a wrong education and application of Law of attraction starts, which will you up in losing faith in law of attraction for a wrong reason.

I would hate to be both, I believe in education, just want to spread the joy of Law of Attraction, if you observer the tag line of Power Law of Attraction, it says, “let’s grow together”.  I am myself in the process of exploring Law of Attraction more and more.

Why not, absolutely! As I said, it’s a Universal law, works for me as much as it does for you.  But as I always say, seeing Law of Attraction as just a tool to attain material desires like car, house, soul mate, money, ex back etc, will make you miss the bigger picture. I am not saying you cannot attain them with LOA, sure and indeed, you can. But, Law of Attraction is indeed way more than a tool to fulfill your material desires, appreciate and learn the Law rest will follow.
